Abstract
This article talks about the mechanism of attracting investments in the capital market of our country and improving its efficiency. Theoretical studies on the problems of attracting investments in the capital market, opinions of scientists in the field are widely covered. According to the results of the research, suggestions and recommendations of the researcher are given.
