THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF SERVICES IN THE TOURISM SECTOR

Abstract
This work is devoted to the theoretical foundations of improving the efficiency of services in the tourism sector. It analyzes the development trends of modern tourism, the principles of customer orientation, signs and measurements of service quality, as well as innovative technologies and management strategies aimed at improving the efficiency of services. The work covers in detail the theoretical and practical aspects of optimizing service processes, improving staff skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing competitiveness. The results of the research allow us to develop practical recommendations for improving efficiency for tourism enterprises.
