Abstract

This article focuses on deepening democratic reforms within the framework of strategic programs for socio-economic development in the new Uzbekistan and achieving inclusive economic growth in the real sector of the economy. It highlights exogenous and endogenous factors influencing institutional changes. The article demonstrates that the complex impact of these factors intensifies the effect of changes in the overall economy and leads to a significant shift in the institutional landscape.
