Abstract
This article explores cutting-edge practices in youth crime prevention across advanced nations such as Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Qatar, Oman, Hong Kong, Andorra, the Isle of Man, and Armenia. It highlights multidisciplinary cooperation between public agencies and communities, legal and civic education in schools, early intervention models, restorative justice, family-centered prevention programs, and reintegration mechanisms for at-risk youth. The study concludes with scientifically grounded recommendations for implementing a context-appropriate national prevention model in Uzbekistan, including legal reforms, local prevention hubs, and digital coordination systems.
