Abstract
This article examines the role and importance of digital technologies and artificial intelligence today, as well as the positive and negative consequences of using artificial intelligence in higher education. The article discusses the emergence, development, and potential of artificial intelligence systems in education, as well as ideas for improving the quality of education through their use in higher education.
