ASSESSMENT AND DOCUMENTATION OF PRACTICUM: STUDENTS’ ADAPTATION TO PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article analyzes the processes of assessing and documenting pedagogical practicum and their role in students’ professional adaptation. It highlights the theoretical foundations of assessment, the main forms of documentation, and the stages of adaptation to pedagogical work. The study also examines the formation of students’ methodological preparation, reflective skills, and innovative approaches during practicum.
