Abstract
This article examines the specific features of the dissolution of marriage, particularly its legal nature and issues regarding the improvement of civil law regulation. Furthermore, the current legislation concerning divorce and its associated legal challenges are analyzed, with subsequent proposals for solutions aimed at enhancing the legal framework.
