Abstract

 


ABSTRACT. The article examines the institutional and legal foundations for the development of innovative processes in the context of the 'green' transformation of the economy. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to ensure sustainable economic growth and increase environmental efficiency in the face of global challenges. The paper analyzes theoretical approaches, including the provisions of institutional economics, innovation theory, and sustainable development concepts. An analysis of the institutional environment and the regulatory and legal framework governing innovative activities has been conducted.
