ATTENTION TO THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE INTERNATIONAL ARENA AND IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND THEIR GUARANTEES

Abstract

This article describes the attention paid to the personal rights of employees at the international level, what are the shortcomings and what measures are being taken to eliminate them. The extent to which the Republic of Uzbekistan meets these requirements as a single state and what kind of documents it has is also considered.
