Abstract

Disputes arising in credit agreements are mainly related to loaned funds, repayment terms, interest rates and other legal requirements. The fact that branches do not sue, that is, only the central office has the authority to resolve disputes, is important in legal practice. In doing so, branches face limitations in securing flexible terms and debtors' rights due to their independence.

The article analyzes the legal relations of branches and the central office, solutions to disputes, and legal mechanisms in the lending process. An in-depth review of the role of branches in the resolution of disputes in credit agreements, including the applicable legislation in this area.
