Abstract
The article scientifically substantiates the problems of ensuring national and spiritual security in the modern conditions of globalization. It is worth considering that the process of educating the youth of the Third Renaissance and counteracting the alienation of youth from their national identity in the process of globalization occurs simultaneously with the formation of civil society in the New Uzbekistan.
