Abstract
The purpose of this research writing is to explore reasons behind choosing teaching as a profession. Who actually are teachers? Teachers are individuals who play a pivotal role in the education system. They contribute to students learning, guiding them, imparting knowledge, skills, and values. They are not only responsible for helping children develop academically, but also, they teach students both socially and personally. Teachers are the ones who help shape the future by nurturing the minds of the next generation. They are professionals who dedicate themselves to the growth and development of their students. They are often defined as a leader. Through their roles in the classroom, society. Albeit sometimes their leadership might not be recognized in the same ways as other fields, such as economics and political leaders. It is deeply impactful and essential to the development of future generations. This article delves into advantages, disadvantages, and reasons behind the field of teaching. Highlighting teaching as a rewarding profession, it also has its own pros and cons. This research will explore further reasons opting for teaching and discuss advantages and disadvantages it contains.
