INNOVATIVE SAFETY IN THE APPLICATION OF LABOR PROTECTION: DEVELOPING THE "INNO-SAFETY" GAME PLATFORM

Abstract

Enhancing the labor protection system with modern approaches is one of the key conditions for ensuring workers' safety. This article analyzes the significance of the innovative "Inno-Safety" game platform in improving occupational safety in industrial enterprises. Compared to traditional training methods, the advantages of game-based platforms are evident in their ability to actively engage users through interactivity, realistic simulations, and gamification.


Additionally, safety training programs based on virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), IoT technologies, and artificial intelligence help workers develop practical skills and strengthen safety culture. The article examines the effectiveness of innovative gaming platforms using international experience as a reference and evaluates the benefits of implementing the "Inno-Safety" system in the field of labor protection.


The platform’s key advantages include reducing workplace accidents, assessing risks in advance, and preparing workers through training sessions that closely replicate real-world environments.


The findings of this study have scientific and practical significance for employers, occupational safety specialists, and industrial managers, providing new innovative approaches for ensuring technical safety.
