Abstract

This article analyzes modern technologies aimed at improving the management competence of female teachers. At a time when the role of women in educational management is increasing in society, the issues of increasing their professional potential and developing leadership skills based on innovative approaches are relevant. The study examines the components of management competence, the stages of their formation, and technologies that serve to increase their effectiveness. Based on empirical data, real experiences in educational institutions were used.
