Abstract

In the era of rapid technological advancement and market uncertainty, managing the innovative development of construction enterprises has become a critical component of strategic success. This paper examines the theoretical and practical foundations of innovation management in the construction sector, identifies key drivers of innovation, and analyzes contemporary managerial approaches that align with industry dynamics. The research emphasizes the importance of adaptive leadership, digital transformation, process optimization, and human capital development in fostering innovation. The article argues that the construction industry must evolve beyond traditional operational models and embrace systemic change to maintain competitiveness in today’s volatile environment.
