Abstract

Intelligence, energy and enthusiasm are a necessity of everyday life. Not only do young people save their time, but daily gymnastics helps to shape their figure, improve their performance, and create a healthy lifestyle.One of the main tasks of gymnastics classes is to form vital movement skills in young people. Unfortunately, in our life there are many young people who do not have a beautiful figure, who cannot walk beautifully, who are clumsy and cannot perform their own body movements.In our country, it plays an important role in popularizing a healthy lifestyle, attracting young people to physical activity and directing them to physical perfection. The great enlighteners of Uzbekistan raised this issue in due time and emphasized the importance of health and physical education in their thoughts. Physical exercises have a great impact on strengthening the human body, maintaining health, and overall development. The health-improving direction of gymnastics includes various gymnastic exercises and techniques performed for the purpose of physical education and health promotion.
