Abstract

This article analyzes the role of science and innovation activity in the development of modern society, the mechanisms for translating scientific knowledge into practical applications, and the socio-economic and educational dimensions of innovative development. Science is considered an important source of new knowledge creation, the advancement of existing scientific ideas, and the development of scientifically grounded solutions to contemporary problems. Innovation activity, in turn, refers to the process of transforming scientific and technological outcomes into new products, technologies, services, methods, or management solutions. Particular attention is paid to the interrelationship between science and innovation, the commercialization of research results, the enhancement of the innovation capacity of higher education institutions, support for young researchers, and the application of digital technologies. The article also substantiates the importance of integrating research, education, and production in improving the effectiveness of scientific activity.
