Abstract

The analysis of global practice demonstrates that the organization of physical training for law enforcement officers and military personnel is a crucial component of national security systems. The experience of the United Nations and NATO highlights that the physical and moral resilience of personnel plays a decisive role in ensuring public safety and maintaining peace. Furthermore, models from developed countries indicate the necessity of integrating international functional training standards into national systems to enhance service effectiveness under extreme conditions.
