Abstract

Annotation: This article explores the formation and implementation of innovative management in preschool educational organizations. It highlights modern approaches that enhance administrative efficiency, improve educational quality, and foster the professional development of educators. Emphasis is placed on the use of technology, participatory management models, and the integration of best practices in preschool education. The study presents theoretical and practical perspectives on creating an innovative managerial culture to achieve sustainable improvements in early childhood education.
