MODELING AND FORECASTING OF SUSTAINABLE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
This article uses econometric methods to analyze the impact of property relations and key macroeconomic factors on GDP during Uzbekistan's socioeconomic development. The study developed a regression model that includes factors such as the combined index of industry and agriculture, investment volume, population size, and unemployment. The statistical results of the model demonstrated high accuracy and allowed for reliable forecasting of GDP dynamics.
