Abstract

This article examines the impact of mobile applications and online psychological counseling on youth mental health. The study analyzed digital tools for stress reduction, meditation, and mental state monitoring. The results indicate that mobile apps and online psychological support services are effective means of enhancing emotional stability among young people.
