Main Article Content
Abstract
In today's rapid globalization processes, the protection of children's personal non-property rights is considered one of the highest priorities, both on the international stage and from the perspective of improving national legislation. Consequently, wide-ranging reforms are being implemented at the level of state policy in our country to strengthen the educational potential of the family institution, preserve traditional family values in society, and improve the spiritual and moral environment within socially vulnerable families.
