Abstract

This article analyzes modern approaches to assessing service quality based on time management technologies in sustainable tourism services. The study examines the impact of digital management systems and smart tourism technologies on service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. The findings show that effective time management improves service quality, reduces waiting time, and increases the competitiveness of tourism enterprises.
