THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN FUTURE EDUCATORS

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of leadership qualities in future teachers, considers the importance of leadership in pedagogical activity, as well as factors related to personal and professional development. The article describes effective methods for developing leadership skills, innovative approaches and methods of applying them in pedagogical activities.
