Abstract
Abstract: This article examines the potential applications of 3D scanning technologies for the prosthetic bed in modern prosthodontics. It analyzes the advantages of digital impression-taking methods compared to traditional techniques. The principles of intraoral scanners, the stagesof digital modeling, and the specifics of data transfer to CAD/CAM systems are described. It is demonstrated that the use of 3D scanning improves the accuracy of recording the anatomical structures of the prosthetic bed, reduces the time required for clinical and laboratory stages, and enhances patient comfort and the quality of prosthetic restorations
