STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF THE VIBRATION AMPLITUDE OF THE LEVELING COMB ON LINT IN THE FLOW

Abstract
Abstract. A scheme of a device designed to spread and comb lint before the cleaning process was developed. When the leveling comb in the proposed scheme is installed at an angle of 35° relative to the horizontal axis of the saw cylinder, an optimal balance between kinetic and potential energies is observed during the movement of lint in the flow between the comb and the saw cylinder as a result of compression and combing of the lint. At this installation angle of the leveling comb, the vibration amplitude is sufficient, which ensures effective spreading and combing of lint particles.
