Abstract

The efficiency of bank branches plays a crucial role in improving customer satisfaction and optimizing financial services. This study explores practical solutions to enhance the operational efficiency of bank branches in Beijing. By analyzing key performance indicators, service processes, and technological integration, we identify strategies that contribute to higher productivity and improved customer experience. The findings highlight the impact of digital banking, workforce optimization, and service automation in achieving operational excellence. The study concludes with recommendations for policy implementation and managerial improvements to strengthen the efficiency of banking services in urban areas.
